Why I Started My Sleep Training Business: A Personal Journey

As a parent, nothing prepares you for the sleepless nights. The endless rocking, the crying at 2 a.m., and the overwhelming feeling of exhaustion that begins to seep into every part of your life. I know this all too well because I’ve lived it.
I have two beautiful children, a boy and a girl. When my son was born, he struggled with sleep. He couldn’t settle into a routine, and night after night, I found myself awake—desperately trying to comfort him, searching for answers, and waiting for some kind of miracle.
We tried everything—books, advice from friends, and even hired two different sleep coaches. But nothing worked. The sleepless nights turned into sleepless months, and I started feeling defeated. I was tired, my son was tired, and it was taking a toll on our entire family.
That’s when I realized something had to change.
I dove headfirst into researching sleep training—determined to find a solution for my son. After countless hours of learning, trial and error, and sleepless nights of my own, I finally found a method that worked. Not just a quick fix, but a long-term solution rooted in the experiences of mothers who had been through exactly what I was going through. It was built on the core principles of sleep training, focusing on gentle, effective methods that honor both the baby’s needs and the emotional exhaustion of parents.
And it worked.
For the first time in months, my son slept. And so did I.
That moment was life-changing for me. I realized that no parent should have to go through what I did without the right support. The constant struggle, the guilt, the feeling that you’re doing something wrong—it’s heartbreaking, and it’s not something any parent should face alone.
So, I made it my mission to upskill myself even further, to refine and perfect this program that had worked for my family. I built it around the very real struggles that mothers face, using proven techniques that are designed to take the guesswork out of sleep training. My goal is simple: to help families find the rest they deserve.
When I started this business, it wasn’t just about offering a service—it was about sharing something that saved my family and gave us peace. I know how overwhelming it feels to be sleepless and lost, and I want to be the guide that I needed during those dark nights.
Sleep training isn’t just about getting your baby to sleep. It’s about giving your family back its balance. It’s about finding joy in the little moments because you’re no longer running on empty. It’s about waking up feeling refreshed, knowing that you’ve given your child the gift of good sleep and, in turn, a happier, healthier start to life.
If you’re a parent reading this and you’re in the thick of it—exhausted, frustrated, and unsure of where to turn—know that I’ve been there. And I’m here to help. Together, we can create a plan that works for your family, just like it worked for mine.
Because every family deserves to rest. And I’m here to help you find that peace.
