No. The plan is built around your parenting philosophy. If you do not want any crying, we work with a gradual fade method. If you are comfortable with some protest crying, we use a structured response approach. You set the boundary, not us.
Newborn through 5 years. Each age has its own physiology, developmental needs, and sleep architecture. The plan reflects that. We do not use the same playbook for a 6 month old and a 3 year old.
