Read this first: this is not medical advice

Baby Sleeping Coach provides sleep coaching services and educational content. We are not doctors, pediatricians, or licensed medical professionals. Nothing on this website, in any downloadable guide, in any consultation, or in any written or verbal communication with us constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice. If your child has a medical condition, suspected medical condition, or any symptom that concerns you, contact a qualified healthcare professional before making any change based on our content or services.

1. Medical disclaimer (full version)

The information shared by Baby Sleeping Coach, including but not limited to articles, blog posts, downloadable guides, social media content, email correspondence, video content, telephone consultations, and one-on-one coaching, is for general educational and informational purposes only.

Our consultants are trained in non-medical sleep coaching methodologies. We are not licensed as medical doctors, pediatricians, registered dietitians, occupational therapists, psychologists, or psychiatrists in any jurisdiction.

Before starting any sleep coaching program, you should obtain clearance from your child's pediatrician or qualified healthcare provider, particularly if your child has, or is suspected of having, any of the following:

If your child cries in a way that worries you, if your child becomes ill during a program, or if you become concerned at any point, stop the program and contact a healthcare professional. The cost of any medical consultation or treatment remains your responsibility.

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. We do not prescribe medication or supplements. We do not provide therapy or counselling. If you or anyone in your household is experiencing mental health distress, contact a qualified mental health professional or your local crisis service.

2. Results, expectations & no guarantee

Every child is different. Every family is different. Sleep coaching outcomes depend on a range of factors including the child's age, temperament, developmental stage, health, and the consistency with which a plan is followed.

Any specific results, statistics, or testimonials presented on this website or in our materials reflect the experience of specific past clients and are not a guarantee of similar outcomes for your child. We do not warrant, guarantee, or promise any specific result.

Where we reference an "improvement guarantee" or similar in our program materials, this refers to additional coaching support being provided at no extra cost if a defined milestone is not reached within a defined window, subject to the client following the agreed plan consistently. It does not constitute a refund guarantee or a guarantee of a specific sleep outcome.

3. Services we provide

We offer non-medical sleep coaching services that may include:

The scope and duration of any service is defined in the package selected at the time of booking and confirmed in writing.

4. Bookings, payments, refunds & chargebacks

Payment and authorisation

All bookings are confirmed once payment is received in full, or per a payment schedule agreed in writing. Payment is taken in advance. By completing checkout you confirm that you are the cardholder or an authorised user of the payment method used, that you are authorised to enter into these terms, and that you accept these terms in full. Charges from us appear on your statement as "Baby Sleeping Coach". If you do not recognise a charge, contact us before contacting your bank, as the charge is almost certainly from a purchase made by you or a member of your household.

What you are buying and when it is delivered

Our programs are bespoke digital and coaching services, and work begins immediately after purchase. On payment you receive access to the intake assessment. Once that is returned, we prepare a sleep plan written specifically for your child, and we reserve and deliver your coaching calls and support window on the schedule set out in your package. You acknowledge that this plan is custom, non-returnable digital work product prepared for you. For the purposes of any payment dispute, delivery is considered to have begun the moment the intake assessment is sent to you or the first call is scheduled, whichever is earlier.

Refunds

Because our services are personalised and delivered promptly, all sales are final and refunds are not provided once any of the following has occurred: the intake assessment has been sent to you, a custom plan has been prepared, or a coaching call has commenced. Our "improvement guarantee" is a commitment to provide additional coaching at no extra cost if a defined milestone is not met while you follow the agreed plan consistently. It is a service guarantee, not a money-back guarantee, and it does not entitle you to a refund. Rescheduling a call up to 24 hours before the agreed time is free; rescheduling inside 24 hours is at our discretion and may incur a fee. Follow-up support is valid only for the period specified in your package, is not transferable, does not roll over, and is not refundable.

Raise concerns with us first

If you are unhappy with any part of your experience, you agree to raise it with us in writing at [email protected] and to allow us a period of at least seven days to respond and work toward a fair resolution, before initiating any payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal with your bank or card issuer. We genuinely want every family to succeed, and we will always try to make things right.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal for services that have been delivered, on the basis of buyer's remorse, because results varied between children or did not match a hoped-for outcome, or without first contacting us as described above, is a breach of these terms. Where the services were in fact ordered and provided, such a dispute constitutes a wrongful or "friendly fraud" reversal and is not a valid basis for a refund.

If you initiate such a dispute, you agree that we may:

Nothing in this section asks you to waive, or purports to waive, any right you cannot waive under applicable law or under the rules of your card network. This section governs the contractual relationship between you and us, and our right to recover amounts properly owed for services that have been delivered.

5. Your responsibilities as a parent or caregiver
