I studied psychology because I wanted to understand why we do what we do. I did not expect how much that training would matter the day I had children of my own and neither of them would sleep.
My son is six now and my daughter is three. Both were hard sleepers as babies, and they were hard in completely different ways. I trained both of them with the same methods this system is built on. Not a script copied from a book. A plan shaped around the actual child in front of me. When it worked twice, with two very different children, I knew it was not luck.
So I got certified as a sleep consultant and turned what I had learned into something I could repeat for other families. That is the Sleep Reset Method, and it is the same framework I walk every parent through today.
Here is what I will not do. I will not sell you a video course you watch alone at midnight and finish more confused than you started. Every family gets a plan written for their own child and a real person on the call. Your baby is not a category, and your plan should not be either.
